If you owned a seaside home and a bad storm brought heavy winds and high surf to your coastline, would you prefer it to be during a new moon or a quarter moon? Why?

- I am sure that is quarter moon, the reason is that storms are usually caused by depression and during the storm the air pressure is lower and there will be a significant rise in sea level and everything cause by the high tide during quarter moon appeared time.
